Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Loonest app and loonest.com, run by Password Dev LLC ("we", "us"). By using Loonest you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

Using Loonest

Use Loonest to find restrooms and share honest information about them. You must be 13 or older. Don't break the law, misuse the service, or try to disrupt it.

Your content

You own what you post (ratings, comments, restrooms you add). You give Loonest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to show, store and use it to run and promote the service. Please:

• Be honest. No fake ratings, and no ratings of your own business.
• Be kind. No harassment, hate or abuse.
• No spam or ads.
• Photos must show the restroom and never people. We check photos and remove ones that break this.

Sponsored results and ratings

Businesses can pay for sponsored placement. Sponsored results are clearly labeled "Sponsored" and show their real rating. Businesses can't buy ratings or change them.

Restroom info may be wrong

Restroom details come from the community and OpenStreetMap, so they can be out of date or wrong. Use your judgment and follow each place's rules, such as customer-only signs or hours.

Removing content and accounts

We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms or harm others. You can delete your account anytime in the app.

Disclaimer

Loonest is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be accurate, always available or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Password Dev LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Loonest, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Loonest after an update, you accept the new terms. We'll change the date at the top.
